The Supermicro AOC-STGN-i2S Rev 2.10 is an enterprise-class dual-port 10 Gigabit Ethernet server network adapter based on the Intel 82599ES Ethernet controller. Designed for Supermicro servers, enterprise data centers, virtualization environments, storage networks, and high-bandwidth server applications, it provides two 10GbE SFP+ interfaces through a PCI Express 2.0 x8 connection.
The AOC-STGN-i2S provides two SFP+ ports, with each port supporting up to 10Gbps Ethernet connectivity. The SFP+ interfaces can be used with compatible fiber-optic transceivers or Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cables.
Powered by the Intel 82599ES controller, this adapter provides reliable high-speed Ethernet connectivity along with hardware acceleration, virtualization, traffic-management, and network-offload capabilities designed for enterprise server workloads.
