The Intel Xeon E5-2650 v4 is an enterprise-class server processor designed for dual-socket servers, virtualization platforms, workstations, storage systems and data-center applications. Based on Intel's Broadwell-EP 14nm architecture, it provides an excellent balance of core count, memory capacity, power consumption and enterprise features.
Featuring 12 physical cores and 24 processing threads, a 2.20GHz base frequency, up to 2.90GHz Turbo frequency and 30MB Intel Smart Cache, the E5-2650 v4 is well suited for multi-threaded enterprise workloads.
